What they do
The largest private funder of suicide-prevention research in the US, with chapters in all 50 states. Runs education programs, survivor-of-suicide-loss support and advocacy, including suicide-prevention work for first responders and the military community. AFSP is not a crisis line: in crisis, call or text 988.
